Light & Land Tour

Over the last 30 years, Romania in general, and Transylvania in particular have developed into one of the most visually and culturally interesting places to visit. Our 2025 Light & Land tour will span 9 days to allow us plenty of time to visit locations with a wealth of photographic opportunities.

Transylvania, Romania’s most famous and largest region, is usually associated with vampires and legends. But this tour will provide you with an insight into the actual reality, culture and beauty of this truly fascinating region. On the agenda, there are mountainous landscapes with mist in the valleys, medieval towns and truly interesting people, from local organic farmers to Romany coppersmiths.
